All events will lead up to The Heart & Soul Retreat – a one-day getaway designed just for women, where you’ll learn from other women about mindset and balance, enjoy a delicious catered lunch, participate in yoga and barre outside on the beautiful lawn, relax with wine and hors d’oeuvres, take home a seriously good swag bag, and build friendships within your newfound sisterhood!

Co-FounderAfter personal training for the last 10 years and helping hundreds of women, I have found that success in anything in life comes from passion. My passion lies in my family, my health, and the success I see and help create in others.
Co-FounderOver the years I have been in every aspect of fitness from trainer to consultant, but the most fulfilling aspects of my career are the individual conversations where I empower women to make simple, lasting lifestyle changes.
Yoga LeaderMy yoga path began as ‘just another workout’ but rather quickly grew into a personal journey of self-love and spiritual growth. I have studied and taught yoga in Southeast Asia and I also offer guidance in mindfulness.
Discussion LeaderI am a creative chemist turned fitness apparel entrepreneur! I am also a motivational speaker and author, empowering others to take the steps towards starting their own company and breaking through their fears.
